Important information regarding our shipping and return policy
Items ordered through the Amarki system are personalized and pre-approved by you PRIOR to ordering. Amarki does not accept returns on printed materials that are customized for issues such as typographical errors or misinformation. If there is an issue with the quality of the printing our printers reserve the right to reprint or a full refund. You are responsible for the accuracy of any mailing or email list you provided for purposes of direct mail campaigns and email use. All names are your property and supplied by you, so we therefore take no responsibility for the accuracy of supplied lists.
Each customer is responsible for using high resolution images to ensure print quality. Images should be sized large enough to fill the allotted space on the digital or print product. Using a low resolution image, or image sized too small, will result in a low quality product and Amarki, powered by CREELiT, will not be liable for refund or reprint of the product.
Please note that while the USPS and UPS are very reliable, the shipping times described are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for shipping delays with the USPS and UPS. If you need a guaranteed delivery date, we offer UPS Next Day, 2nd Day and 3 Day Select. (Please note that UPS does not guarantee delivery dates due to delays beyond their control, such as weather.)
Amarki does not accept returns on printed materials in the case that the USPS or UPS are unable to deliver a package. Shipping costs depend on the options you choose, the size and weight of the item and the shipping destination. We provide a wide selection of delivery options. When you place an order, we determine shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. All shipping is Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays) to address in the US. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
Your EDDM order will be printed as received with the number of products needed for delivery. It will be bundled, prepared for mailing and dropped off to the USPS location closest to the production facility that is fulfilling your order. Upon delivery to this USPS location, USPS assumes all responsibility for delivery to your selected postal route(s), and your order is subject to all USPS rules, guidelines and timelines. Any delay, damage or loss occurring after delivery of your order to USPS is the responsibility of the USPS.
Amarki is unable to accept packages that are refused delivery by you or your recipient. Refused packages will NOT be returned to Amarki or the printer per our contract agreement with the USPS and UPS; therefore, any refused packages will be discarded by the shipping partners. Refused packages will not be refunded as they do not qualify for a refund.
